Welcome Home Rent Assistance is presented by Catholic Charities USA in partnership with Private Property Management.
Private Property Management manages the rental application, ordinary approval process, monthly selection administration, offer communication, payment confirmation, and tenant ledger.
Coverage is limited to participating properties managed by Private Property Management throughout the United States.
Catholic Charities USA provides the authorized program contribution directly toward the selected recipient's first-month base rent.
The program is open to approved applicants regardless of religion or religious participation.
