Welcome Home Rent Assistance offers selected, approved renters limited support toward their first month's base rent at participating Private Property Management homes. Five recipients are selected each month, subject to available funding and final verification.

For a first month's base rent of $2,000, the program contribution is $300 and the recipient's base-rent balance is $1,700.
Security deposits, application charges, utilities, late charges, and other fees remain separate and are not covered.
